Cryptocurrency deposits
Crypto payments require careful checks of the coin, blockchain network and destination address before you send funds.
How to send a crypto deposit
- Open the LuckyBear cashier and choose the cryptocurrency option available for your account.
- Select the coin and the exact blockchain network shown by the cashier.
- Copy the destination address and compare it with the wallet before confirming.
- Enter the amount while allowing for any wallet or network fee.
- After sending, keep the transaction hash and wait for the required confirmations.
Wrong network
Choosing the correct coin is not enough if the network is different. The sending network must match the one shown by the LuckyBear cashier.
Deposit delay
A transfer can remain pending until the blockchain reaches the required number of confirmations. Use the transaction hash to check its status before repeating the payment.
Coin and network are separate choices
Compare the full wallet address and the network name before sending. A network mismatch cannot be corrected by refreshing the page after the transaction has already been broadcast.
If confirmation takes longer than expected
Check the transaction in a blockchain explorer using the hash. If the required confirmations are already present but the balance has not changed, contact support with the hash, coin, network, amount and sending time.
Never share a private key or seed phrase for a deposit check. Those credentials are not needed to verify a blockchain transaction.
